A new faith-filled cooking show will be released beginning on November 15, the first day of the the Philip's (or Nativity) Fast. "Eastern Hospitality," hosted by Fr. Moses from Holy Resurrection Monastery in St. Nazianz, Wisconsin, and Mother Gabriella, from Christ the Bridegroom Monastery in Burton, Ohio, host the program. Four episodes will be released on www.parma.org as well as the show's own website, www.easternhospitality.org during this year's Philip's Fast. Shows will highlight a vegan or vegetarian recipe as well as a short reflection on an upcoming Feast or Holy Day. In January, 2017, episodes will be recorded for The Great Fast and Pascha (Easter) and will be released beginning February 13, 2017. Eastern Hospitality is sponsored by the Byzantine Catholic Cultural Center of the Eparchy of Parma and is filmed at the Cathedral in Parma by Eastern Christian Media.
