On April 29, 2023, The Office of Religious Education for the Archeparchy of Pittsburgh is sponsoring an Eparchial Assembly entitled, “Synodal Synthesis: A Mandate, Not an Option”. The purpose of this event is to hear the responses from all 4 eparchies who participated in the recent parochial survey.
Eparchies utilized a variety of opportunities for engaging people to become aware of the importance of a Synodal Church seeking Communion, Participation, and Mission. This is an opportunity to hear and experience what the People of God in our Metropolia are thinking and saying about their Church. Together we will discern how to deepen our communion, participation and mission as a Church and move forward. This event will take place at St. John the Baptist Cathedral in Munhall, PA.
