Agape & Discerning Vocations

In thinking of vocations, we must first recognize that we are created in the image of God and already endowed with certain qualities, gifts, and talents. Therefore, we must live according to the example of Christ! Live the agape - the proactive love that strives for the good of the other. We are called to realize this in our relationships with one another, our parents, our siblings, our spouses, etc.

In this video, Rev. Robert Jager, Director of Vocations for the Eparchy of Parma and Administrator at St. John Chrysostom in Columbus Ohio, explores the agape with us and suggests practical questions in discerning any vocation, be it professional or state of life such as marriage or religious life.
