The registration deadline for this year’s Horizons pilgrimage to the roots of the Ruthenian Byzantine Catholic Church is July 1. Bishop Milan Lach, SJ, will lead 45 pilgrims on a 13-day pilgrimage to Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine, Sept. 16-28. The theme of the pilgrimage is “From Mariapoch to Mariapoch.” Pilgrims will begin in Vienna, where the original weeping icon of Our Lady of Mariapoch is reserved, and conclude in Mariapocs, Hungary, where the second weeping icon of Our Lady of Mariapoch is venerated. In between, pilgrims will walk in the footsteps of the three Greek Catholic martyred bishops, Paul Gojdich, Basil Hopko and Theodore Romzha. Cost is $4,049. Info: horizons@parma.org or (216) 470-3287.
