Father's Day

The role of a father is a sacred one, as it is modeled after God’s love for us. In Psalm 103:13, we see that fathers are called to have compassion on their children, just as the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. Fathers are meant to be a reflection of our Heavenly Father, loving their families through their words and actions. As children grow older, they come to appreciate the ways in which their fathers provide for and protect their families. This protection is not just physical, but also emotional and spiritual, as fathers are called to be the leaders of their households. Through their guidance and wisdom, fathers can help their families grow closer to God. Ultimately, the most important duty of a father is to love his family unconditionally, just as our Heavenly Father loves us.
