Youth Retreat: “I AM the Bread of Life”

On April 12, young members of our community gathered for a meaningful Youth Retreat centered on the theme “I AM the Bread of Life.” Throughout the day, Deacon Joe and Patrick Biller led inspiring discussions on the True Presence of Christ in the Eucharist, the life of Blessed (soon-to-be Saint) Carlo Acutis, and the importance of worthy reception of the Eucharist. Bishop Robert guided the children through an examination of conscience, offering them the opportunity for confession and spiritual renewal.

The retreat was enriched with hands-on activities, including Pascha bread-making and decorating Easter basket covers—a beautiful way for the children to connect faith with tradition. It was truly a day of learning, reflection, and fellowship. A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who dedicated their time to make this event so special!
