On March 23, 2025, Bishop Robert, accompanied by Fr. Frantisek Fedorisin from St. Barbara in Dayton and Fr. Robert Jager from St. John Chrysostom in Columbus, visited the St. Thomas More Newman Center in Columbus, Ohio. They celebrated the Byzantine Catholic Hierarchical Divine Liturgy of our Holy Father Basil the Great. The St. Thomas More Newman Center, which serves as the Catholic campus ministry for students, faculty, and staff at The Ohio State University, hosted this special liturgy on the 3rd Sunday of Lent, known as the Sunday of the Veneration of the Cross. Attendees expressed their joy, saying, “It was a gift to partake in another type of Catholic liturgy!”
