2. Wash hands often, especially after using the restroom and before eating.
3. Wash hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds, then dry with a paper towel.
4. Use hand sanitizer when soap is not available.
5. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
6. Do not sneeze or cough into your hands. Use a tissue or your elbow.
7. Do not shake hands with others.
Proper Way to Receive Holy Communion (to be announced before the distribution of Holy Communion at the Divine Liturgy and Presanctified Liturgy):
Tilt your head all the way back; open your mouth as wide as possible; don't stick out your tongue; don’t close your mouth on the spoon; don’t say “Amen”.
