Early this month, the Byzantine Catholic Pilgrimage at Mount St. Macrina in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, drew thousands of faithful from across the country. This annual event, held each Labor Day weekend, is the largest largest pilgrimage of the Ruthenian Byzantine Catholic Church in the United States. Organized by the Sisters of St. Basil the Great since 1933, the pilgrimage honors Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
The weekend was filled with various religious services, processions, and opportunities for confession and spiritual renewal, providing a deeply enriching experience for all who attended.
