- A large part of the finger of St Thomas the Apostle, the same one that touched the side of Jesus in the New Testament
- A very large part of the flesh from the heart of St John Paul the II
- Several significantly sized relics of St. Francis of Assisi, St. Clare, St. Mary of Egypt, St. Nicholas of Myra, St. Moses of Ethiopia, St. Anthony of Padua, and many more saints
