The Byzantine Catholic Cultural Center promotes the culture of life as proclaimed and lived by Jesus Christ. The Center celebrates those Christian cultures rooted in Constantinople, and promotes those elements of contemporary culture consistent with the Gospel message as lived by Byzantine Christianity. Likewise, the Center challenges those contemporary cultural elements contrary to the Gospel of Life.
In 2016, the Cultural Center is providing funding, resources, and support
for the following programs:
Youth Day of Reflection during the Great Fast
The Fest Music Festival at the Diocese of Cleveland
60th Anniversary Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Mariapoch
Cathedral Concert with Blessed Theodore Romzha Seminary Choir from Uzhorod, Ukraine
Annual Eparchy of Parma Women's Retreat
Festival of Mercy - 5K Mercy Run, St. John the Baptist Cathedral
St. John the Baptist Church, Solon, Ohio, Promotional Material
Philip's Fast Youth Event
Funding for these and other programming is made available through the
United States Conference of Catholic Bishop's Home Missions Grant
and dispersed through the Byzantine Catholic Cultural Center.
The Byzantine Catholic Cultural Center recently moved
to the chancery offices of the Eparchy of Parma.
